Lalani Shachitra Service (Pvt) Ltd based in Ja-ela, Sri Lanka was formed in 1991 with the objective of recruiting housemaids for Bahrain.
Just within two years, in 1993, we were registered under the Foreign Employment Bureau in Sri Lanka (FEBSL) and obtained the Labour Licence (No. 946) to operate as an accepted recruitment agency.
We started exercising the 72 hours Visa System for recruiting housemaids for Saudi Arabia through Bahrain, expanding our business. Two years later, in 1994, with FEBSL letting individuals establish training centres for aspiring Middle — East employees, with the view of giving them the much needed training, and elevating their levels of service and confidence, Lalani Shachitra Services (Pvt) Ltd was amongst the very first agencies to positively respond to this government policy.
In 1996 we ambitiously set out to start a fully equipped training centre with well trained teachers in a bid to elevate the standards of domestic aids. This office is equipped with advanced amenities and facilities to provide a peaceful atmosphere to the candidates during the training and interview processes.
Now we are a dynamic recruitment agency proactively engaged in supplying manpower to international companies primarily located in the Gulf region.
